General Description
Garra Mirofrontis is a species of fish classified under the order Cypriniformes. It is identified by the presence of a transverse groove on the snout just in front of the eyes and a bifurcate proboscis with a conical keratinised tubercle at each anterior tip. The Garra genus, to which it belongs, is a group that continues to evolve and get reclassified, with a wide distribution spanning from China to Africa.
Aquarium Setup
