The Scooter Blenny, also known as the Scooter Dragonet or Ocellated Dragonet, showcases a mottled brown and white body complemented by striking red highlights. Typically, the male exhibits more vibrant colors and a larger first dorsal fin, adding to its allure. This species belongs to the family Callionymidae and goes by the scientific name Synchiropus ocellatus, with a maximum size reaching up to 12.7cm.
