General DescriptionThe Redfin Wrasse, scientifically known as Cirrhilabrus rubripinnis, belongs to the Labridae family and is native to the Western Central Pacific region, specifically the Philippines and Indonesia. These fish exhibit vibrant and varied colors, with males often displaying striking hues compared to females. Wrasses, in general, are highly valued in reef aquariums for their beauty and their ability to control populations of unwanted invertebrates.
