General Description

The Nerite Snail, scientifically known as Nerita sp., is a small marine mollusk originating from the inner tidal regions of the Pacific and Caribbean Oceans. With a compact size that typically does not exceed 2.5cm, this species showcases a shell coloration ranging from brown to black. Its rounded shell structure contributes to its suitability for reef aquariums by minimizing the risk of displacing rocks or corals.
