General Description
The One-stripe anthias, scientifically known as Pseudanthias fasciatus, is a member of the Serranidae family and is commonly referred to as the Redstripe anthias or Redstripe basslet. This species can grow up to 21.0cm in size and is predominantly found in the Indo-Pacific region, ranging from the Red Sea to southern Japan, extending south to the Great Barrier Reef.

They are known to be delicate in terms of hardiness and can be choosy eaters initially, preferring foods like Cyclops and Artemia before transitioning to fish flakes.
